Cancer Support Community of the Greater Lehigh Valley Recipient of Donation from FMI
FMI employees encouraged to make suggestions for charitable organizations in which to donate
Allentown, PA—January 14, 2019
The Cancer Support Community of the Greater Lehigh Valley (CSCGLV) helps people affected by cancer actively engage in their health care, connect with others, reduce stress and isolation, and restore hope for a better quality of life. The employees of FMI are asked to nominate charities which are near and dear to their heart and the Cancer Support Community has had a significant impact on several employees and their families. One employee and his family, in particular, received much needed support from this organization because his wife was battling cancer until she recently passed. Both Kevin Rhodes, CEO, and Sheryl Rhodes, VP of Sales & Marketing, review the employee input and make the tough decision of choosing the charities in which to donate. “FMI is pleased to donate to this organization because cancer has affected many of our employees and their families,” said Kevin Rhodes.
