Leadership CEOKevin Rhodes Prior to founding FMI in 1992, Kevin spent 10 years working for Procter & Gamble in several different roles at their Staten Island, NY and Avenel, NJ manufacturing facilities. He graduated from Lafayette College with a BS in Chemical Engineering and acquired an MBA from New York University while working full-time at P&G. Kevin’s manufacturing expertise and overall business knowledge has played a critical role in helping numerous customers exponentially grow their business. VP Sales & MarketingSheryl Rhodes After graduating with a BA in Business from Alvernia University, Sheryl spent 7 years as Controller at the Packaging Corporation of America plant in Allentown PA. She then transitioned to a Sales role at PCA with a focus in pharmaceutical markets. Sheryl formally joined FMI in 2009 to spearhead our expansion. Her expertise in paper packaging has helped several of our customers. Sheryl’s day is not complete unless she has done something good for someone. The Team Quality ManagerEric Halvorsen Eric has been with FMI since October of 2016. He has a BS in Biology from Delaware Valley College and brings over 30 years of experience in Quality. Eric is a member of the American Society of Quality and is certified by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) as a Quality Manager and a Quality Auditor. Eric believes in treating all people with respect including customers, auditors, plant employees, executives, peers, and direct reports. Valuing and appreciating everyone can inspire them to be their best. Product Development ManagerMegan Conrad Megan started with FMI in 2009 and was promoted to Product Development Manager in 2012. She has both a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Lehigh University. Megan is an active member of the New York Society of Cosmetic Chemists (NYSCC), and Vistage Key Executive Leadership Group. Under Megan’s watch, there have been numerous innovative products developed at FMI that have experienced commercial success. Your product innovation and success in the marketplace is supported by Megan’s ability to cultivate strong customer and vendor relationships, and her understanding of consumer needs and trends. Senior Product Development FormulatorKristopher Lang Kristopher Lang has been with FMI since 2001 and is one of our most senior employees. He started working in the Compounding/Product manufacturing area before transferring to Product Development in 2003 to better utilize his skills and creativity. With over 25 years of chemical experience and first-hand involvement working in the operation, Kristopher is invaluable in helping to identify process efficiencies and strategies for successful scale-up from the lab to production. Kristopher is the veteran of the FMI Product Development team and has been intricately involved with several of our customer’s greatest successes while looking ahead to many more. Senior Product Development ChemistMarina Starcic Marina Starcic graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Lehigh University in 2016 and immediately joined the team full-time after a year working as an intern at FMI. Marina brings a fresh perspective to the group and is eager to help identify new trends in the personal care market. She has a keen eye for color, a particular panache for detail, and a strong commitment to learning. Product Development ChemistZoey Bragg Zoey Bragg joined the Product Development Team in June 2023 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Lafayette College where she was recognized for high proficiency in laboratory skills. She is a natural problem-solver and approaches each project with high energy and a creative edge. As an avid user of beauty and home care products, Zoey is excited to discover and contribute to trends within the industry. Account ManagerJenn Bellesfield Jenn began her career at FMI in 2001 in our Customer Service department. Since then, she has extended the span of her work within FMI as an Account Manager. Today, Jenn uses her vast knowledge and years of experience to collaborate with customers of all sizes on a wide range of projects. Account ManagerJessica Lewicki Jessica joined FMI as a Project Coordinator in 2012. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Shippensburg University in Marketing and Human Resource Management. Since starting at FMI, Jessica has worked closely with a wide variety of customers and transitioned into the role of Account Manager. She focuses on building relationships with our partners. Jessica’s passion is to provide guidance with product ideas or visions. She seamlessly coordinates all aspects of the contract manufacturing process to ensure the customer’s vision becomes a reality. Senior Account SpecialistEmily Livingston Emily started at FMI in October of 2017. She has a BA in Computer Science with minors in Studio Art and Japanese from Lehigh University, and had experience in retail customer service prior to working at FMI. Emily is a wealth of knowledge because of her insatiable appetite for learning. She is always willing to research customer inquiries, for which we don’t already have the answer, to provide them with helpful response.
